I would only buy cars that had been state inspected once I looked at the inspection report to see what repairs were needed. If I didn't like the cost to repair them I walked away. Any car or truck has to be state inspected here in MD whenever the title changes ownership. Even if its a new car and you buy it and drive it for a few days and decide to sell it. You either have to have it state inspected or sell it as is.
