The NAA did have a live PTO. Did not come factory installed but Mfg by Dearborn(model 23-12)in 1953 Hydraulically driven. We installed some in our shop.I believe? that real soon other MFGs. had them avail. If it has it, there should be another lever by the PTO lever(but longer) to actuate the live PTO. Chuck
