It's been unplugged since a few minutes before the installer hooked up the router. I unplugged it while he was out at the truck getting some things. The neighbor woman has a masters in this stuff and she said the problem had to be the modem when it was doing that with the dialup. I haven't asked her about it doing it now with videos.
