What they do is get you interested with a low price, then ask you to move to deal to Ebay Motors so that "both parties are protected". Nothing could be further from the truth. NEVER ever wire money to anyone, even your ex wife if you can help it. ;- ) It is non refundable, and the recipient cannot be traced in most cases because it can be anyone.
