Here in Ontario we had quite a bit of rain yesterday.Neighbours 100 acre field is quite flat and once the snow melts with all the rain it can only go down hill.I'm down hill from it.Normally there is a 15 foot wide stream 3 feet deep going down my field in a low spot.A few years ago I put up a large building. Went to my next door neighbour and informed her of my plans just to keep her informed.She did whatever she could think of in order for me to stop building.So once my building was done I put up a large berm around my property. Quess what,now the water has to go over her property and her house is in a low spot. Yep you guessed it right.She has an indoor swimming pool. City slickers that move to the country have to learn not to mess with farmers.
