Working on my FIL's boat dock with him and a neighbor. At some point, some wild geese flew in and were swimming near the dock. After a while, one got up on the dock, about 20' away, and we remarked about how he didn't seem afraid of us at all. I suppose lots of people around the lake feed them, and they're used to it. All during the afternoon the goose kept getting closer and closer to us, and after a while the neighbor turned around to find the goose trying to chase him off the dock. For a few seconds we weren't sure who was going into the water, but after a few kicks, the goose retreated.
