Here is my completed winter project…..a 1957 John Deere “620”. I purchased the tractor from its 2nd owner who had it for 38 years. I went through everything mechanically from front to back. All new bearings in the transmission and side cover. The rear tires are only the second set it’s ever had…..I used tire paint from Millers (Good Product) on them and they look real nice. I painted the tractor with John Deere paint ( Ag Green) and got the real nice decals from Trav Jorde. Just a note …that’s not a straight pipe!.......it’s a chrome plated double walled muffler. Just a little humor…tractor is running in the pictures….most will get that one.
Ready for spring Plow Days…….Thanks, Rich
My tractor has some nice options:
• Front Mounted Rockshaft with correct cylinder.
• Rear Rockshaft & Dual Remote cylinder control valves for operating Two Remote cylinders.
• 4 piece Front-End Weight set.
• Three-point Hitch with “Upper Link” and Load & Depth Control.
