It was repealed in 1999 not 1980.Its regulated how much speculators could speculate. In other words it said that speculators could not call a paper stock a real stock. After they repealed it,they can call paper stocks real stocks. Now there are stock traders who know this, but they will tell you anything except what I just did to keep their ponzi scheme afloat. Now there have been new resrtictions passed by congress and the commissioners wont enact them. Now some of this is in the article, but its not worded real clear.A better place to look at to see some graphs is Micheal W. Masters testimony before congress in 2008.It tells about this in a lot of detail with graphs.Of course there is a lot of misinformation because both sides are bought by Wall Street.
As for the rest of what you say I would be happy to talk about any of it,but your understanding of it that you have now is all wrong.Seems like some type of misinformation you got from somewhere.I had videos up that said what I just said and they had a commissioner on there and interviewed him.
m sorry they wont leave the videos up on this website, but they are up on the Ed Show MSNBC website. If you cant figure out how to get to them,Ill put them up again.
One of these people who screen this website just flat cuts this stuff off. Some of them are better about it.I think its the one who does it at nights. Plus if they see trucker 40 they just cut it off because like I say, there are people who dont want anybody else to know whats going on.Its not hard to find this stuff out if you look.Of course the crooks want to stop you from figuring it out, which is why they want to censor the internet. The government is right at the top of the list of the crooks who want to censor it.However this Wikipedia story shows that you can find the truth all you have to do is look.Wikipedia is not the best place to look, but the censors have been kind enough to leave at least that one up overnight.

Today's Featured Article - A Question for Dads This recent topic from the Tractor Talk discussion board is being highlighted because it is an awesome display of the caliber of individuals that have made this site their own. The young person asking questions received positive feedback and advice from total strangers who "told it like it is" with the care many reserve for their own kids. The advice is timeless... so although it isn't necessarily antique tractor related, it will be prominently displayed in our archives to honor those who have the courage to ask and those who have the courage to respond in an honest, positive manner. ...
