I am also an NRA member, I have been for 13 or so years, I joined after Slick Willy kept shooting his mouth off about us gun owners. A 1 year membership was $25 or it used to be, Where did the $150 come from?
I agree that they beg for money alot but I throw that crap in the garbage. They do have contests to win guns if you pay to enter. Every 4 years I renew my membership, basically every year we vote for president. The NRA is great way to fight the left in the government. Dont let that BS junk mail from the NRA deter you from the real reason for joining, which is standing up for your right to own a firearm and protect yourself and your family. And legally keeping that right.

Today's Featured Article - 12-Volt Conversions for 4-Cylinder Ford 2000 & 4000 Tractors - by Tommy Duvall. After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion. After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet).
