I buy fruit (like apples and grapes and plums) from the grocery store and eat a couple on the way home before they're washed. I do chores, collect eggs, vet sheep and if I don't happen to think of it, eat without washing my hands. If you listen to the Antibacterial Nazis, I should be dead.
