But how much coolant is it losing? Does it push a couple quarts out and stabilize or does it keep going until it empties the block below the water pump? If it's the former I wouldn't worry about it. If it's the latter then I suspect a head gasket issue... Bubbles are the first indication but when it really goes bad it's just going to blow coolant out the top pretty well continously....
