Quit 2/21/92. Gained 30# in 2 weeks. I went on a diet in '95 and got down to pre quitting wt. Later, right back up again. Was diagnosed diabetic a year and a half ago. Started walking 2 mi per day and watching my intake. Down to 220 from 278 in one year. Feel great. Congrats on quitting. It is tough, I know.

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
