Farmall identification

How to identify so I can purchase correct service/parts manual? Left of engine numbers are 251341 R8. There is also a number of the components stamped with L3. On the ID plate(appears not to be altered), numbers are 230181J. Any help is appreciated. Would like to know year and model name. Also has International Harvester logo.
