well its obvious you were searching for a cheap grill, since you bought it from "best deal car parts" how much customer service can you expect from a company pedaling parts making maybe 5% markup? you could have gone to someone more local to you. Did you HAVE to ship greyhound, the only time i've heard anyone ship greyhound was on expedited parts. I've shipped items before and they didn't get where they were going, but for the 1000 or so boxes I receive each year I might lose one every 5 years. crap happens, next time you might think about using a normal parcel service...
