Took my tractor to the inspector Monday. Was so excited that it was fixed and clean with no oil leaks coolant loss etc that I forgot the simple stuff. 1st being, never go to inspection on Monday morning. Forgot to replace the rearview mirror and the reflectors on the rear fenders. Headlights worked but not the way the guy thought they should. Steering link had a slight bend that the guy thought was the end of the world and one side of the brakes needs adjusted.
Neighbor kid straightened the link, I put on the new pair of headlights that I bought 3 years ago  , put a new mirror and reflectors on. Straightend out some sheetmetal that was ugly, and will adjust the brakes tomorrow. If all works, I'll get reinspected and renew the license plate before I get caught running expired tags.
