When I saw the thread title I immediately thought of the Dew-eze two wheeled cycle mowers for slopes.
As soon as I saw you inquire about PTO I knew you meant sickle mower just as everyone else did.
Since I thought about the cycle (two wheeled) mower I thought some here might never have seen or known about them so thought I'd give a link. Pretty amazing to watch them mow around overpass areas. In my opinion it would take some nerves of steel to use one.
