Sounds like a virus. I work as a computer tech for a school system and we have been battlling these for the last 2 months. Download MalWare Bytes and SuperAntiSpyWare and runthem in safe mode on your computer. You can run both of them at the same time. Wait till both are finished before clicking finish on either. They are both free. We had a meeting at work last Friday and one of the techs was talking about a virus that calls itself Microsoft Security something. He had taken a picture of the desktop of the infected computer and it looked like a real Microsoft page but was actually a fake. He said it could be removed with MB and SASW if done quick enough. There is another one, I think it is called Internet Security 2011 that is pretty bad to. We recently switched to Avira antivirus but it won't stop some of these viruses. I am running Norton 2011 on my Dell with Vista and so far it has caught and stopped these viruses. I hope this is helpful.
