An old fashioned topo-graphical map - from the county clerk, county extension office, lots of gov't agencies - even sporting goods stores have them, thru some agencies they're free- actually, thinking about it, extension service might have a guy or gal that can go there and help the dreamscape, you sure don't want to bulldoze a pond 6" above grade from the house, or put the septic system above grade of the well, etc etc. That boring stuff is more important than the cute stuff.... some people find out the hard way.....

I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned.
