That is a real tragedy. I just about had it happen to me. My youngest brother is eighteen years younger than me. He always was with me on the farm until he went to school. I had a Case 2870 tractor. They had lots of room in the cab. He was riding on the floor playing with some little match box cars. He went to stand up and crabbed the door handle. I just caught him by the neck of his shirt. After that any child riding with me was in a seat. I have modified many plastic car seats to fit the different cab tractors I have had over the years. Cheap way to make a safer ride.

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
