Are you looking for best value or cheap? I don't think BKT is a bad tire. I see several around the area that seem to hold up decent, at least for a while until they rot. They don't seem to have particularly hard rubber so I suspect that if you were on asphalt they would scuff off pretty quick in spite of their deep lugs. Even in general use I doubt they'd last nearly as long as a Firestone... Wether or not the Firestone would wear more than twice as long... is probably debatable. Personally I would probably go with Firestone on something I was working hard and BKT on something that spent more time sitting.
