technicly yes, in reality no, doing good looking undetectable body repair takes a skilled body man, now you can do it yourself, and get reasonable results, some general rules, the bondo should never exceed 1/8 inch thick if it does, vibration will cause it to crack and chunks fall out, [ guess how i know]so you may need to work the area first to bring a dent up to that level, sand the rust to bare metal, no rust left, or it will resurface, if the rust is so bad you cant do that make a patch pannel out of a old car body part, if its a flat area even a old washer, dryer ect can donate a piece of steel for the pannell, apply thin coats of bondo, let harden then use a 'cheese grater' file to rough form the repaired area if you have one , if your working with no body tools you can sand the area with varrying sheets of sand paper, it just takes longer, use a piece of 2x4 to make sure the flat area is flat, blend the repair into to sourounding pannell, when primered, the whole area should look smooth and no dimples, edges ect showing, you can do it, just take your time, the more time and care used, the better the job will look, im not a body man, by trade, but i have refurbished 4 tractors and 5 trucks myself here at the farm, and all looked pretty good when finished

After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet). I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
