I think it maybe quite possible that you posted this because you don't know what to think about it yourself. I think if you were a true friend and if she's doing something you don't agree with, talk to her about it and express your concerns. Otherwise, let her live her life and live your life to your own standards.
Having said that, me personally, I don't have much respect for a cheater or a liar, but it seems to me that if they've been living together for 6 years without a wedding, maybe the reason they've gone this long is because they knew it just wasn't meant to be. Who knows?
