Super A (DOG)

Just put a new 5ft. Woods mower on my Super A, low gear seems a little under powered, second gear is way under powered and heats a little, mowing about 2 to 21/2 inches high, front of deck about 3/4 lower than back, turns easy by hand, any good ideals would sure help. Had a B Allis with same set up and it would play with it, I know it's more HOSS but figured the red paint would make up the difference? Thanks for any help, Wesley
