I sold my for $5500 with a front end loader and a 6ft rear blade. Very clean, 1200 hours. 4WD it was a 1979.
I sold mine in 2004, when the ecomony was getting ready to peak out. Its now almost 8 years later, and yours has double the hours. I see some of the local tractor jockeys still pricing older compacts like that kinda high. But you have to remember that was a pretty basic tractor, $5000 can get you into a utility tractor and away from the light front axle under the 245s and worm gear drive. Don't know if parts are getting scarce yet or not.
Look at tractorhouse and price yours on the low side and you'll be ok. Seems everything on tractorhouse is listed for about double of what it is actually worth or sells for.
Just a swag, 3500-4000, depending on tire condition.

After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet). I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
