Although this wasn't addressed to me I am going to respond anyway. The Cottageville auction is always wet. I have bought a few implements over there. Most needed repaired, but I knew that when I bought them. Taking delivery of purchased items seems to be the worst part of the event. The Ravenswood FFA needs to take a long hard look at the boys in the lift equipment! I live in Fairmont WV now but grew up about 15 miles east of the Jackson County Fairgrounds. If you get disenchanted with the auction, one of my friends runs a tractor/implement shop about 1.5 miles east of the fairgrounds on 62. Lotsa antique stuff, used stuff, and some new. Stephens Tractor or Stephens Farm Equipment. Can't remember the name. Good Hunting!
