I need some help. I have been rebuilding my axles on my 1840...new seals, bearings, etc. On those 1840 they have a seal plate that goes between the housing of loader and the axle housing. There is a O ring seal that fits in a groove on the 1840s which seals between the axle housing and seal plate and allows movement of axle housing to adjust chain tension. So I pulled the front and its 1840 I pulled the rear and it looks Identical, fits the same BUT the o ring is gap appears to be 3/16 not 1/4 like the front. Case says that those axle housings all took 1/4 and doesnt belive its from a case.. SO I need help. Basically looking for an O ring thats 3/16 by 10" round. Or who else use those axles housings.. thanks!
