Nope. They could tear up a tank with a toothpick! No kidding, I am always holler at some cow rubbing her hind end on something. I dont know how many fence chargers we own. Big ones, little ones, solar, battery we got'em all. Depends on if its a pressure are or not but if it is we will run two hot wires. One just below knee cap high and the other about belt high. The other day I was staring at a gate wondering if I could just make the entire gate hot to keep them from rubbing on it. We have some fence that needs replace and hot wire keeps them in and when we build new fence we put the hot wire on it before they get turned in. Electric fence is a farmers friend! good luck. bill
