Like the others said, henbit and wild violets. The henbit will die out when it gets warm, but will come back next year. Can't make any recommendations on how to get rid of the stuff and not kill the zoysa.
I would suggest some soil samples to find out what fertilizer you need. Then once you've killed out the weeds, sock the fertilizer to the zoysa and get it to fill in. A good thick lawn makes it hard for the weeds to grow.
