I will say In western nebraska caution light would only blink about i/2 mile if you COULD NOT MAKE THE LIGHT AT NORMAL SPEED If not blinking procede at normal speed. Then when traveling in midwest caution light blinks all the time, therefore making the caution light placed ahead of traffic signal useless
