Seatbelt laws are NOT all about money. My brother walked away from a roll-over with minor bruising, when he could've easily been killed had he not been wearing his seatbelt. I'm no angel, I don't wear a seatbelt if I'm going across the industrial park to another dealership, but I do put it on going down the highway. I don't want to die that badly.
Oh, and you can't call a camera to deal with thieves, intruders, etc.
