I used windshield washer fluid. Bought it in bulk from the local auto parts store. I did have the valve stem in the 12 o'clock position. The chart said they would hold 79 gallons but they only held 68 each. I did over fill them and then shut the pump off and opened up the little ball valve with the short hose on it and it ran back out until it was the same level as the stem. The pump I used is a 2.1 gallon a minute pump. Probably one of the easiest things I have came up with and worked the way I wanted it to in a while!
