I don't think your mcv is the problem, but you said adjuster springs. What self adjusters do you have in that rig. The 806 has a helical screw type adjuster with a small blade type spring to keep the screw from rotating back after it adjusts. The 66 series tractors and late 56 had a tube type self adjuster with a coil spring loaded plunger. I'm thinking you have a miss match set up there. I would sure like to see a pressure gauge on that brake valve also, on input and out put.
