Just looked at some pics of my install on my 202 conversion. Looks like when the ports are facing you the top left one is the return which would make top right the inlet.
As far as the bottom two which is left and which is right, I think I guessed and happened to get it right. Unless the hoses are in a very difficult area the worst that could happen is it steers the wrong way, no damage done and easily corrected. A better method would be to do as Larry says.
