Here's what you do: First, get a large pot - 10 gal or more and fill it 1/2 full of water. Add 1/2 cup of salt, 2 bags of Crab Boil Seasoning (I like Old Bay), 2 dozen red potatoes, 6 onions cut into quarters, 3 bunches of celery separated, and a dozen or so ears of sweet corn broken in half. Bring the water to a boil, cover, and boil until potatoes are starting to soften. Add Crawfish, 2 lbs per person, bring back to a boil, cover, and remove from heat. After 20 minutes, spread newspaper on a picnic table out back, drain the pot, and dump out onto the newspaper. Obtain a beverage from the cooler, sit down with butter and salt, and feast away.....
