Here is a shot of the rear end of the machine. If you look very carefully you see that the left rear wheel is shoved inboard a bit. Also, you can see where that wheel skidded across the grass as I dragged it.

I have a JD 5575 which is about the same machine. The hub assembly bolts to the skid steer frame. The wheels are driven by chains from the hydraulic motor. If the wheel is crooked either the frame is bent or the hub assembly is damaged. The chain is probably binding and not allowing the wheel to turn. You should be able to tell which is damaged by taking off the wheel. You are are going to have to straighten out the wheel to fix it.
