The comment about tire diameters (rolling circumference ratio) on 4wd tractors is well taken, although there is tolerance for minor departures and use of different tire pressures can compensate.

Wheels are available from NH and there are less expensive after-market suppliers as well although some bolt patterns may be unavailable. Many tires can be mounted on a range of wheel widths. Something probably can be found with some nosing around.

A simple solution might be to carry a heavy 3ph implement when doing heavy loader work in the yard. Loaded rear tires will hold down the back but won't change the tractor's balance. Of course, if the tractor has ag tires, it's probably going to mess up the yard in wet whether no matter what.
