Hi Greydales.
Well I"m back! after seeing your question I scratched my way to the back of the cupboard where I keep my old copies of Power Farming Technical Annuals, after a audacious journey I came across the 1962-63 annual, then I turned around and had to come out! The annual has these specifications listed.
Manufactured by Massey-Ferguson Tractors Ltd.,Coventry, England.
Massey Ferguson MF 35 Diesel
Official Test No.: NIAE/260/BS--March, 1960.
Max. HP AT ENGINE CRANKSHAFT: 38.4 at 2,000 engine rpm.
MAX. HP AT PTO SHAFT: 37.1 (720 rpm) at 2000 engine rpm.
MAX. HP AT BELT: 35.8 (3,100 fpm) at 1,968 engine rpm.
MAX. HP AT DRAWBAR: 34.5 at 2,070 engine rpm. MAX. CRANKSHAFT TORQUE: 113.8 lb/ft at 1,250 engine rpm.
MAX. DRAWBAR PULL: 6,150 lb at 1.17 mph, on 11 x 28 tyres.
ENGINE: Vertical inline; 4-stroke; indirect injection diesel; water cooled; overhead valves; cylinders-3; bore-3.600 in.; stroke-5.000 in.; displacement-152 cu. in.; compression ratio-17.1:1; rated speed-2,000 rpm.

enough! No. that was all for the earlier motor so I looked for the next in My collection and found a Annual for 1965 - 66 and a search in that has this result:
Massey-Ferguson 35x Dies. De-Luxe:
Test no.; NIAE 367/BS. Oct.63.
MAX. PTO HP: 40.80
MAX. d"bar HP.: 37.00
MAX. c"shaft torque: 117 lb-ft @ 1,290 engine rpm
MAX. pull: (lb) 6,100
MPH on max pull: 1.3
No of cyl.: 3 Bore 3.600 in. x Stroke 5.000 in. rated rpm. 2,250
PTO. RPM.:712 @ 2,250 engine rpm.

Now with a sore finger from typing as well as sore knee"s from crawling into the cupboard.

Cheers Arthur from Tassy
