Carl,
Sounds like the dog is fine; only wanders where he's supposed to. What about the BIL (brother-in-law)? Who or what is keeping a rein on him? Can't have none of them wild bulldozer drivers running amok. 8 ^ )

Hey - now I get it! good one! The BIL as well as the FIL have become a problem. Ever since I started building my house they have come to look at me (the construction loan) as their personal money pot. Come up and do substandard work - usually I end up tearing down all the crap they do - or Ifind their mistakes as I get to later stages. Then they get my wife to write em a fat check for their "time". They also buy stuff on a credit card (materials for the house) then have me pay em for the stuff - course they never pay off the credit card - and 3 months later they come back and telll me I need to pay off the card for them.

Building the house has been a remarkable experience - except for dealing with those 2 incompetent crooks!

I have em minimized right now - drained the construction account so the wife can't write checks on it! Funny how they quite "helping" when they think the money is gone!
