Had lots of those here before. The hay is gone and nothing you can do but protect surroundings and call in help from neighbors with loaders to move burning hay to a better location if possible to finish burning. Lots of loader help moving it if possible away from unburned hay yet is the only way to save any of it. That's why it's a bad idea to have all your eggs (hay) in one basket (stack).

I meant to say move the good hay not burning yet with loaders to another location. Stirring the burning hay is just going to cause more problems so leave it where it's at because it's going to burn. Also don't move what you think to be good non burning hay by another stack not on fire yet because it may go up yet too!
