Bob: Hit a snag in the re-wire....The tractor starts but will not shut off. ...When I removed the voltage regulator, I noted that the tractor would not start or run unless you tied the two wires that went through the Voltage Regulator...I rewired them to each side of the ignition switch in hopes of curing the problem... No Joy...where have I gone wrong....and before you answer...here is more fly in the ointment....I installed a PERTRONIX solid state Ignitor and put on a CBS 40K Coil (has ballast resister so the instruction sheet says)....I opted NOT to install a warning light...just running through the OEM Ampmeter...(which is driven off the peg with the Alternator charging)... ....SOS guy . ...?? dave
