Never really had a problem with it on my 300 - you should try getting in & out of the cabs on the 1086 & so on series!!!! I would not move things over to the right side in any event. It is more common to go on & off the tractor on the left hand side. Many implements will put you in danger trying to get off to the right. A sickle mower for example, or a pull-type combine, baler, and so on. If not danger, less convienient anyhow. Also you will be looking to the left, and trying to get the lever on the right with these implements. I think such a modification would make the pto more of a danger - hard for others to know where it is, not instinctive to use any more. Sometimes you need to shut it down, and now! :) When we mounted the Case 3-point planter on the back of ours (with fast-hitch) we got up & down to the front. The bracket under the tractor makes a good step - if you have a fast hitch. --->Paul

Flax provided the fibre which w
