Love to have one myself the only thing that comes to mind is that the engine is a littel touchy to rebuild if you are not use to the 361, have seen guys do them and some won't make 20 hours and puke a rod out the side or sezz up.When i do one i have it re bored and install the ten over sleeves and have it done on a stationary boreing bar not a portable and make sure that it is lined up off of the center line of the crank and also have it linebored not honed.
