I agree. We should all respect each other, but sometimes the best communication is telling it like it is - some people are experts at doing the opposite. The last thing I want is sugarcoated answers that lead you down the wrong path. There are a lot of people with a lot of different background/cultures. Everybody is a little different in the way they communicate.
