M Farmall NEED HELP

Hi I am looking at a M Farmall I have 5 acreas that need mowed and driveway plowed I found a M with one new front tire 50% back tires, it runs great, just has draw bar on the back, been repainted 15 years ago still looks pretty good all it has been used for is picking 10 acreas of corn for the past 20 years, sat for the last 2 years, started up pretty easy to day after we put new plugs in it I have several ??'s 1. Is $1200.00 a fair price. 2. Can you put live hyd on it. Where do you buy the parts. 3. How cheap is a 3 pt for it, and were can you find a used one. 4. Do they make back fenders for them. 5. What were the major problems with these tractors. 6. Are they good with front loaders with a NF. 7. Thank you for taking the time to help me out it is greatly apprecated.
