Would agree with john that 1200 is a good price if it runs good, you can get live hydraulics for it probably from a salvage yard but don't know how much, they use a pump that goes ahead of the distributor/mag. Lots of these tractors have had them put on, people seem to think the Saginaw 3 point is about the best, can get it on the webb. Price about $650 with 2 cylinders. You might find a used one at salvage yards. A friend of mine has 4 Ms and pulls freeman balers with them, has had them for years and never had to take a head off. The 6 volt sometimes makes them start slow but it is easy to convert them to 12 volts with an alternator if you want to. Have seen loaders on these with a narrow front, usuall 2 font tires not a single. You can get add on power steering units that help a bunch. My friend ahd a heavy Lions Industrial loader on his M with a hay squeeze. It originally had a wide front but he converted it to narrow as the spindels were always breaking with the wide front. Just have to balance your loads. The old Ms seem to be a great tractor and just like the energizer bunny..keep going and going and going
