It sounds like your engine may need an overhaul like others said. But has it always been like this? Does it seem to start and run good otherwise, rev up and down and sound right? With 80-90 psi compression it seems like it should run better than you say. Are you sure the timing is correct and plug wires are on the right cylinders? Is the head gasket fresh? If the head gasket is bad it could be blowing by between cylinders under load and this would explain the flow out the breather.
