I had the same thing happen on a Super A. On the hydraulic unit head, on the lower right is a small allen or hex head plug. (I had to take the battery box off to get to it) I took the plug out, and behind it is an orfice & strainer. The brass strainer was torn, and a piece of grit was plugging the orfice. It worked fine after removing the grit. It was working in high press all the time, same as yours. I'm not sure if the 560 uses anything similar, but it's a cheap fix if it's the same thing.....DDG
