Money is an issue,but since they were your grandfathers,keep them.As long as you go out and srart them occasionally and keep them in the dry,you can work on the restoration little at a time.First thing is go change those fluids,to be on the safe side.then get them to running condition,fix the short,and drive them around occasionally.Consider this,leave them they way they are,with exception to the tire.Nice to see an old tractor in their working clothes every now and then.Oh and watch out!Farmallitis is very contageuos!!!
