I am not aware of any IH diesel engine in Ag tractor use that is not sleeved, either wet, or dry. As far as I know, the engines produced in Neuss, Germany were all wet sleeved, be they 3,4, or 6 cylinder. A 358 will cost an arm and a leg to rebuild as compared to a 414,436, or 466 US built engine, however.
