Hi allan, golw pugs draw about 17amps each so a total amp draw of 70amps means there all working and anything less some are not. Pay attention to the color of the smoke upon start up. White smoke is bad compression, blue bad rings and valves, black great but injector pump needs timing before it tears something up. Look for a leak in the fuel system, oil with dirt, that would let the fuel drain when the tractor is shut off. The leak can be in the high or low prseeure system. T_Bone
